As an Analyst in Wholesale Banking Operations, your primary role is to enhance client servicing by leveraging your trade and banking expertise to customize cash and trade products based on market demands. Your key responsibility is to provide timely support to regional business stakeholders, managing their expectations in alignment with client needs. It is crucial to mitigate financial and reputational risks by overseeing, controlling, and regulating the wholesale banking processes. Your duties will include handling various operations such as Trade Finance, Treasury Operations, CMS, Clearing, Stock Exchange, and currency chest management. Ensuring swift and accurate processing of transactions is essential. You will be accountable for supervising Subject Matter Experts related to ECBs, FDI, ODI, and FEMA issues, catering to different clients and businesses. Monitoring customer complaints, addressing escalations, conducting root cause analysis, and preventing recurrence are part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to generate periodic reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) for timely submission to the Central Office. Collaborating with Regional Heads to achieve targets and overseeing branch management within the region are integral aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Arts, Business & Insurance, or Management Studies. A post-graduation degree such as MBA, M.com, or MA is preferred. You should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in Wholesale Banking Operations to excel in this role.,
