Roles and Responsibilities

Ensures compliance with all current, relevant, and applicable laws, regulations, rules, guidelines (internal/external), documentation and governance.
Applies extensive knowledge of relevant field to solve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to access the impact of process changes and call out with relevant stakeholders prior to implementation.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into solutions.
Strong MS Office skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Detail-oriented with a focus on Documentation.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively foster a positive working environment.
Builds strong influencing relationships across teams and with key frontline stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Major Requirement

3+ years of experience in Australia Lending.
18+ months in the current role for internal candidates
3 years of overall experience in Banking Operations in which Experience with Delivering Trainings, Managing Process Changes and Driving Continuous Improvements are preferred.
Professional certifications related to Project Management are desirable.
