Alteryx Developer

As an Alteryx Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing ETL workflows and datasets in Alteryx to support the BI Reporting tool. Your role will involve writing complex SQL queries on multiple tables, utilizing complex joins in Vertica and Google Cloud. Additionally, you will be preparing technical specifications and documentation for Alteryx workflows that are essential for BI reports. Your duties will also include performing end-to-end data validation, translating business requirements into specifications for automation solutions using RPA, ML, Alteryx, and Tableau across various finance functions. You will provide technical assistance and cross-training to team members and business teams, along with managing post-production support for automated assets. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the data validation process, including handling change requests, updating rule logic, and overseeing release management. Possessing an Alteryx Designer core certification is considered beneficial. Key Requirements: - 2+ years of experience with Alteryx - Proficiency in Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, and related tools such as Predictive, Parsing, and Transforms - Experience in data extraction and manipulation tools like Vertica and Google Cloud - Strong SQL skills with query optimization capabilities - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Familiarity with unit testing, software change management, and software release management - Understanding of star schema and data models in the existing data warehouse - Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant work experience can be considered in place of a degree Must-Have Technical Skills: - Alteryx - SQL - Tableau Desirable Experience: - Data Warehousing - Multi-tasking abilities (1-10 scale) - Data Management expertise - Data Literacy - Data Governance knowledge In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing data processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting automation solutions to meet business needs effectively.,
