Designation: Telecaller Outbound sales Location: Velachery - Chennai Roles & Responsibilities: Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products. Handle end-to-end sales outbound calls and customer support - existing clients. Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone Good selling and negotiations skills Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers Adheres to and supports company policies and practices. Ensure customer follow-up all the time. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Respond to customer inquiries and resolve. Skills Required: Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to converse in regional language along with English.
