Alliance & Partnerships - Payments and Loyalty

- We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 3 years of

experience in the payments domain and loyalty space within the credit card industry. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives within the payment

aggregator ecosystem, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing

customer loyalty programs to drive engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic New Age projects: To monitor new age trends in payment aggregator, lending

and loyalty space and driving new strategic initiatives

- Loyalty Program Management: Develop and manage credit card loyalty programs,

including rewards redemption, customer engagement strategies, and program

enhancements.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI

guidelines) related to credit card payments and loyalty programs.

- Vendor Management: Work with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and loyalty

program partners to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze transaction data, customer behavior, and loyalty

program performance to provide insights for business growth.

- Customer Experience: Collaborate with customer service teams to handle escalations

related to payments and loyalty programs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Project Management: Lead or support projects related to the introduction of new payment

solutions or enhancements in the loyalty space.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and

marketing teams to ensure alignment of payment and loyalty strategies with broader

business goals.
