We are looking for a Staff Software Development Engineer to our Shared Platform Services team. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for: Designing, building, and scaling our cloud data analytics platform, responsible for the ingestion, processing, and querying of terabytes of endpoint telemetry Engineering and maintaining a scalable alerting and incident detection engine using Python and workflow orchestrators Creating and managing insightful Grafana dashboards and other visualizations that provide clear, actionable views of our system’s health and performance for engineering, support, and leadership Optimizing our data platform for cost, performance, and reliability.
