Clearly communicate pricing, vehicle options, ongoing offers, and competitive advantages. Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable service. Handle queries and resolve concerns with a friendly, solution-oriented approach. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and smooth pickups. Maintain a well-organized, professional, and welcoming counter presence. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. ✅ Requirements Prior experience in sales, customer service, airport operations, or hospitality preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages. Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th pass or higher. Target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record. Basic computer skills for bookings and reporting. Neat appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
