You will be joining Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases as a Service Engineer for Cryogenic pumps, operating in various locations across India and South Asia. Your primary responsibility will involve enhancing the aftermarket business for cryogenic pumps in the assigned territory through activities such as revamps, upgrades, and field services. Your key duties will include overseeing the installation and commissioning of cryogenic pumps for LNG and industrial gas applications, managing annual maintenance contracts, addressing customer complaints promptly, leading troubleshooting and breakdown projects, maintaining technical documentation, and conducting technical audits for spare parts and refurbishments. To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience with cryogenic pumps, chemical pumps, air compressors, and gas compressors. Exposure to medium to large-scale industries for service offerings is essential, with preference given to candidates with experience in the CGD industry. Strong communication skills, both internal and external, along with self-motivation, creativity, and critical thinking capabilities are crucial for success.
