Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Production Manager to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment for our client located in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing industry. This is a full-time position where the ideal candidate will utilize their skills in production planning, problem solving, and lean manufacturing to lead production teams effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production management role with a maximum of 6 years desired.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in production planning and execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex production and operational issues effectively.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and their application in enhancing production efficiency.
• Extensive experience working with air compressors (Mandatory skill).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment to achieve production targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee production activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement effective production planning systems to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
• Regularly monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality standards.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols and procedures within the production facility.
• Maintain and operate air compressors to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics to senior management.
