Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development person to lead growth initiatives across our portfolio of financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, mortgage, AIF-PMS, multi-asset broking services etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing distribution partners (e.g., IFAs, brokers, insurance agents, and channel partners), driving cross-sell strategies, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue. Continuously optimize sales processes to improve partner performance and revenue contribution. 5. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all partner activities comply with regulatory and internal policies. Keep distribution partners informed and compliant with evolving regulations and internal standards. Candidate Profile 1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2. Strong understanding of financial products including mutual funds, insurance, loans, and investments. 3. Proven experience in distributor onboarding and cross-sell strategy execution. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
