AI Prompt Engineer

Design and refine advanced prompts tailored for diverse healthcare use cases including clinical reasoning, summarization, report generation, and patient support.

Build structured prompt workflows using system/user separation, examples, and context window tuning.

Evaluate prompt effectiveness using human reviews, automated metrics, and continuous feedback from deployments.

Compare and experiment with prompting, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches.

Build internal tools and guidance systems that empower both Qure team members and external users to seamlessly interact with AI assistants within our products.

Create and manage prompt libraries with version control and traceability.

Run targeted experiments to improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and align output with medical compliance requirements.

Work closely with product, data science and clinical research teams to translate problem statements into prompt-first LLM workflows.

Contribute to prompt design standards and train internal teams to build reliable, scalable prompt systems.

Help define and disseminate best practices for using prompts in developer tools and editors (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT), establishing internal standards that enhance productivity and consistency across teams.
