Description
As an Agile Business Analyst at Ideapoke, you will collaborate with product owners and delivery teams to document, groom, review, trace, sign-off, and create user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and detailed acceptance criteria. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing the book of work, defining technical solutions, ensuring agile processes and best practices are followed, coordinating feature releases, and ensuring product documentation is up to date. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, interacting with colleagues to understand challenges and opportunities and translate insights into high-quality solutions. In addition to creating new solutions, you will also optimize existing technology and identify new capabilities. Your role will require deep technological skills, including expertise in data management and functional design, as well as strong teamwork and leadership abilities. Your roles and responsibilities will involve defining, documenting, tracking, grooming, estimating, and reviewing user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria. You will also translate requirements into user stories, user-centric designs, and API definitions, partner with stakeholders to identify solutions, maintain sprint backlogs, advise on options and risks, and facilitate product training sessions. Collaborating with business users and technology partners at all levels will be essential for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should be familiar with backlog management tools like JIRA, Microsoft TFS, Confluence, and SharePoint. Attention to detail, ability to challenge the status quo, teamwork, and multitasking skills are crucial. Strong analytical skills, experience in producing various artifacts, understanding of the software development life cycle, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in agile methodologies are also required. In addition, you should hold a BE/BTech/MTech with an MBA and have at least 5 years of overall experience, including 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
