Job Description: Customer Service Agents – International Voice Process Eligibility Criteria  Education: Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of any experienceGraduate freshers are welcomeGraduates with experience (any field) are also eligible  Age: 18 to 45 years  Communication: Must have excellent spoken English skills  Shift & Availability: o Willing to work in night shifts (24/7 rotational shifts) Must be comfortable with 2 rotational weekly offs  Location Preference: Candidates must reside within the western suburbs of Mumbai (between Churchgate and Bhayander)  Salary Range: ₹22,000 to ₹34,000 per month (based on profile and experience) Key Responsibilities  Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers  Provide accurate information and support related to products or services  Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction  Maintain call quality standards and follow company protocols  Update customer records accurately in the system  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues if required  Adhere to shift schedules and maintain regular attendance Skills: communication,customer satisfaction,international voice process,customer,customer service,spoken english skills,call quality,agents,voice process
