The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Langchain, NLP, RAG-based systems, Prompt Engineering, Agentic Systems, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. You will be responsible for building AI-driven applications and optimizing Langchain, Gen AI, and NLP models for specific use cases. Additionally, you will experiment with different machine learning models, propose feasible solutions quickly, and communicate effectively with leadership. The qualifications required for this role include 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and conversational AI technologies, and experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications at scale. You should also have a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, structured and unstructured data, model evaluation metrics, and business requirements translation into technical requirements. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is necessary, along with familiarity with Git versioning tools and exposure to the retail industry. Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking an experienced individual to join Qualcomms Engineering IT EDAAP team as an IT Programmer Analyst. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in developing dashboards using reporting tools such as Tableau (Tableau API), Power BI, and OBIEE. As an independent contributor, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining enterprise level software applications. Your main tasks will include developing visualizations and dashboards with Tableau, strong knowledge of SQL, and test, debug, and performance tuning of dashboards and reports. You should have a fundamental understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. Additionally, you will be required to work in an agile development environment, translate ad hoc report requests into common dashboards, and have knowledge of different types of enterprise systems and their interactions within an enterprise. Experience working with Oracle, MySQL, and Postgres is essential. The willingness to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, as well as taking ownership and driving tasks to completion, are key attributes for this role. Desirable skills include Python programming experience, developing dashboards with Power BI, exposure to Qlikview, OBIEE, and ThoughtSpot, experience in the semiconductor industry, and working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, as well as relational databases like MySQL and Oracle. To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. Qualifications required include 5 or more years of experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques to technology solutions, with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. Expertise in ML, deep learning, PyTorch, Python, NLP, and Transformer architecture is essential, as well as experience in deploying LLMs and embedding models in production use cases. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, experience in implementing end-to-end ML/NLP systems, working with transformer-based models, and experience in a distributed team and cloud environments. Minimum qualifications for this role include 4+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation, or IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years of work experience without a Bachelor's degree. Additionally, 2+ years of experience with Database Design structures, such as MongoDB and MySQL, is required.
