Urgent requirement for AEM Developer.

Required Qualifications (MUST) :
5 years of experience developing solutions Adobe Experience Manager with knowledge of Templates, Layouts, components, APIs (OSGI)2+ years of experience of working on React, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and related technologies.Preferred Experience:Strong Java programming foundation and experience with OSGi bundlesExperience developing applications, templates, and components for the Adobe AEM/CQ product (WCM, DAM, CQSE, CRX)Experience with AEM 6.4 6.5Experience in Front End DevelopmentExperience collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and colleaguesExperience and desire to work within a fast-paced, iterative development environment, experience with Agile a strong plusAbility to write complex programs, analyze code changes and make suggestions to improve code complexity for maintainability and scalability.Roles & Responsibilities may include but not limited to:Design and implement solutions leveraging AEM SitesDevelop digital consumer experiences based on foundation of the AEM product suite, including AEM, CRX, and DAMHas on-hands experience working on Adobe Products.Translate marketing and web site needs into AEM specific recommendations and solutionsLeverage AEM, other state-of-the-art technologies, and integration patterns to solve cross-departmental challengesWork in an agile, rapid development, and prototyping environmentDrive project scope and timeline definition based on collaborative needs assessmentsDesign and improve internal development methodologies around Adobe AEM solutionPropose technology solutions to enable the business to meet/exceed those goals.Manage SDLC processes and associated artifacts.Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps.Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of AEMs core platform and integrate with E-commerce solutions and search engines.Lead technology teams to build and maintain web applications using Adobes Experience Manager CMS to include site architecture, custom components, workflow development, Digital Asset Management (DAM).Integrate websites with web analytics tools and analyze/report on analytics dataPerform troubleshooting and resolve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization.
