Communicating with the Revenue Department Providing legal advice and support in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Application Development/Management Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Outsourcing Agreements (including Business Process Outsourcing), Framework Agreements, sub-contracts, public sector deals and procurement; Ad hoc legal advice relating to the general operations of the company; Assisting with the legal sign-off on deals Performing litigation/non-litigation work Assisting with the keeping the company contracts and guidelines/policies up to date
