Strong expertise in FEA tools like Hyperworks, Ansys, and Ansys Workbench is desired, along with a deep interest in mechanical engineering and FEA for design and development. You should possess excellent communication skills in English, the ability to review projects and propose engineering calculations, and guide the team accordingly. Being able to take ownership and drive projects to successful conclusions is critical, along with proficiency in conducting structural analysis of metals and sheet metals using appropriate material models.
