Role & responsibilities Support Adobe Campaign post-implementation, providing guidance and ongoing support to CRM Ops and Digital teams on journey build, journey management, campaign build and deployment. Create and manage tickets for Adobe Customer Care resolution. Understand the T-Mobile data specifications and ensure all data is available for Campaign development and deployment; support in the configuration activities & ETL processes. Provide expertise in ACv8 to complete a successful deployment for P360, AAL and Accessories campaigns. Identify and address gaps for the proposed solutions to ensure the desired objectives and requirements are met. Provide recommendations and a roadmap for best practices/optimizations and dependencies for Adobe Campaign. Identify, mitigate, and prevent technical debt. Working closely with development teams to ensure that software solutions are built with long-term sustainability, maintainability, and scalability Preferred candidate profile • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Working experience on journey build, journey management, campaign build and deployment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working and managing stakeholder relationships.
