Job Overview:
We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor for our Balaghat office. As an Admission Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for parents who enquire about our courses through social media and other platforms. Your role will be to engage with them, explain our offerings, and convert their interest into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming enquiries from parents via calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
Provide detailed information about course structure, schedules, fee details, and trainer profiles.
Build trust and rapport with parents to help them make informed decisions.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain accurate records.
Meet weekly and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Candidate Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in counselling, tele-calling, or educational sales preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
