We empower students and professionals to make informed career decisions through psychometric assessments, expert counseling, and educational support. We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Admission Consultant to join our team and guide students towards the right educational and career paths.

Key Responsibilities

Provide detailed information to students and parents regarding career paths, colleges, courses, and admission processes (India & Abroad).

Guide students through the entire admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person or virtual).

Manage leads from various sources and ensure timely follow-up.

Maintain and update student records and CRM system.

Organize and participate in webinars, seminars, and career guidance events.

Coordinate with internal career counselors and external academic partners.

Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, HR, or relevant field preferred).

1–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or educational consulting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati).

Empathetic, student-focused approach.

Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of Indian and international education systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
