Location : [Factory Location] Industry : Honey and Ghee Bottling & Labeling Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily admin operations at our factory. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, coordinate dispatches, oversee inventory, and ensure smooth communication between departments. Key Responsibilities : Manage inventory records and maintain stock levels for packaging materials. Coordinate with the production team for bottling, labeling, and dispatch schedules. Handle invoicing, order processing, and shipment documentation. Communicate with suppliers and vendors for procurement of materials. Ensure all factory-related documentation is organized and up to date. Assist in monitoring quality control and production timelines. Qualifications : HSC passed (additional certifications preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other office software. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus. Key Skills : Organization, attention to detail, time management, communication.
