Admin Executive – Wings of Wonder- The Foundation School
Position Available for immediate joining. (Preferably female with 1-2 years of relevant experience.)
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and efficient service. Your role involves managing front desk, operations, handling administrative tasks and providing support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Reception and visitor management.
· Administrative support.
· Communication and coordination with respective departments as per the requirement.
· Manage the incoming calls, emails and redirect the message to appropriate departments.
· Organize and maintain files and records and update when necessary.
· Prepare outgoing mail like envelopes, packages, etc.
· Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers, printers, etc.
· Maintain an inventory for office supplies and update the respective department as and when required.
· Understand the requirements of the organization and work accordingly for the smooth office operations.
· Handle other tasks like data entry, DTP work and document filling etc when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Pleasing personality with good communication skills.
The candidate must be a Graduate or hold a Bachelor’s degree in business Administration or related field (preferred).
Must possess at least 1-2 years of relevant experience preferably in an education industry.
Must be proficient in MS office and other management software.
Must be able to multitask and work in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
