Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, a subsidiary of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd, commenced its operations on February 1, 2017, and gained Scheduled Bank status in August 2017. With 752 branches across 26 States and Union Territories, Ujjivan is dedicated to building a leading "mass market" bank that serves unserved and underserved customers currently outside the formal banking system.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager located in Shyampur-I. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. The role involves daily field visits to potential clients, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of banking services. The Acquisition Manager will also work to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in customer acquisition, sales, and relationship management
Strong market research and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and goals
Knowledge of banking products and services
Experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
