REQUIRED FOR PHARMACEUTICAL DISTRIBUTOR AND C&F AGENTS
Preparation of monthly P& L, Balance Sheet & cash flow statements.
Maintain Daily accurate books of accounts , Ledger and financial records.
Reconciliation of Accounts.
All GST filings, TDS and statutory compliances.
Coordinate with Auditors/ Consultants and Government authorities as needed.
Processing of Payroll, ESI & PF.
Oversee vendor and customer payment cycles and followups
Handle accounts receivable/ payable and perform regular reconciliations.
Reconcile accounts with Customers and Suppliers.
Manage Bank accounts, payments , reconciliations and fund flows.
Supervise junior accountants.
