Job Description

We are hiring an Accounts & Finance Intern with prior internship experience to support our finance and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Zoho Books or similar tools and will assist in day-to-day tasks such as invoice processing, GST/TDS checks, reconciliations, and document coordination with clients, vendors, and banks.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Create/Update Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoices & POs in Zoho Books
Assist with Vendor and Client Invoice entries and reconciliations
Track and send payment reminders
Enter Zoho Expenses (by user, credit card, km, etc.)
Support creation of credit/debit notes for both sales and purchase
Assist in monthly review of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and 2A/2B reports
Reconcile TDS entries and 16A forms
Help with uploading TDS challans and assisting in Form 15CA/CB coordination
Reconcile PF, ESIC, GST, and TDS sheets
