Role & responsibilities

Accounts Support

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation.
  • Support invoice processing, bill verification, and vendor payments.
  • Help prepare monthly expense reports and financial summaries.
  • Coordinate with vendors for billing and payment-related queries.
  • Assist in data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Maintain records of brokerage payouts and coordinate with Finance for timely disbursement.
  • Assistance in Payroll.
  • Knowledge of Tally and GST will be added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Familiarity with HRMS or accounting software.
  • Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in vendor coordination and documentation.
