Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Challani Jewellery Mart
Preferred Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years
Industry: Retail / Jewellery

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries.
Support in month-end and year-end financial closing.
Manage petty cash and daily cash flow reports.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Skills:

Proficient in Tally ERP / accounting software
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation processes
Strong analytical and numerical ability
Good communication and reporting skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in retail or jewellery sector
