Job Type - Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Independently manage end-to-end accounting operations, including billing, payables, receivables, inventory, etc.
• Ensure appropriate procedures and internal controls are in place and drive process improvements.
• Support in month-end closure and preparation of MIS and other reports as may be required on an ad hoc basis.
• Maintaining adequate supporting documentation and responding to queries during audits and other reviews.
• Verify and approve travel expense reports and prepare analyses for the same on a regular basis.
• Support the collections process, prepare outstanding collections reports, and proactively initiate collection activities to ensure adherence to credit policies.
• Assist in statutory filings, including GST, TDS, PF, etc.
  

Requirements:

• CA Inter with 4 years of experience minimum in a relevant field.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and bookkeeping procedures.
• Proficient in advanced MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Good knowledge of compliance-related matters like GST, TDS, PF/PT, etc.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment.

Note:

1) Mandatory 5 days work from office.

2) Candidates should be qualified CA Inter.
