Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services provided by Fasal. Keeping track of upcoming renewals and working on the same. Calling existing customers for the survey and customer onboarding. Handling the tickets and queries. Requirements: GraduationB.Sc. Agriculture or B.Sc. Horticulture or any other agri graduate. Work experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role in the sales & telemarketing department. Basic MS Excel knowledge is required. Should be fluent in Kannada, Marathi, Hindi & English. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in the native language. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Strong decision-making & good time management skills. Freshers fulfilling the above criteria can also apply.
