About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support by undertaking tasks such as documentation, filing, handling mail, etc. 2. Work on payment follow-ups with clients or agencies through e-mails and/or calls 3. Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions 4. Manage petty cash transactions 5. Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed
