Job Description

Role & responsibilities : We are seeking an experienced Accountant who have worked in Real Estate Firm. The role includes : Finalization of accounts Cash Flow Projection/statement Prepare Daily Bank Reconciliation. Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance as applicable to the construction/real estate sector. Maintain and manage day to day accounting activities including billing, invoicing, purchase entries and vendor payments specific to construction projects. Receive and process incoming receipts, including cheques, electronic payments, and other forms of payments. Maintain accurate records of property-related income and expenses. Handling day to day accounting work.. Maintaining Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables. Coordinating with banks for financial transactions. Expert knowledge of Income Tax Assessment, Appeal and Scrutiny matter is must. Communication with Clients, Vendors, and other Department. Support monthly and yearly financial closings and reporting for construction projects. Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accountancy preferably in the real estate sector. Attention to detail and Organizational skills. Ability to work under Supervision and meet deadline. Proficiency in Tally and understanding of real estate accounting practices is essential.
