Accountant- Knitted Fabric

Location: Village Seera, Rahon Road, Ludhiana
Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000/month + Fuel Allowance
Commute: Must have own mode of transport

We are seeking a dedicated Accountant with prior experience in the knitted fabric industry to manage and track end-to-end fabric production and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, hands-on experience with Google Sheets, and a practical understanding of production workflows like knitting, dyeing, finishing, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Google Sheet-based production plans and update real-time data.
• Print and manage dispatch stickers with fabric details.
• Accurately record weight in and out of fabric for dyeing, knitting, and finishing departments.
• Visit each department daily to note down the current fabric status.
• Track lot-wise production, consumption, wastage, and lead times.
• Prepare clear and timely reports on production progress and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with store, knitting, dyeing, and finishing teams to ensure accurate updates.
• Support management with analytical reports and operational insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the knitted fabric/textile industry.
• Strong command over Google Sheets and basic computer tools.
• Knowledge of fabric movement tracking, lot-wise reporting, and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability in daily reporting.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to self-manage and communicate clearly.
• Must have own vehicle for daily commute to Village Seera.
