Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Accounting:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain daily site accounts, petty cash, and voucher entries.
  • Invoice Management: Handle bills, verify invoices, and process payments.
  • Account Reconciliation: Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting audits.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and maintain records for TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.

Store Management:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track receipts and dispatches, and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Procurement: Handle purchase orders, receive goods, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Stock Verification: Conduct regular stocktaking and reconcile physical stock with records.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure proper storage and organization of materials, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions, including GRN (Goods Received Note), and other relevant paperwork.
  • Sales & Purchases: Verifying sales and purchase invoices with documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
