Account / Store Executive

Job Title: Accounts & Store Executive – Karad Location Only

Location: Karad, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 6 months -1 year

Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

Industry: Manufacturing (Conveyors / Engineering preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records

Handle purchase bills, sales invoices, and payment entries

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

Support in GST returns filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Coordinate with the CA for audit and financial records

Store Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials

Issue materials to production as per requirement and maintain stock records

Perform regular physical stock audits and maintain minimum inventory levels

Update GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock registers, and MIS reports

Coordinate with vendors and purchase department for material availability

Candidate Requirements:

B.Com with minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts and/or Store

Proficient in Excel and Tally software

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory handling

Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Must be currently residing in or willing to work in Karad

Candidates from Karad or nearby areas only will be considered

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
