Account Sales Manager – U.S. Market (Hybrid Role) Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in the U.S. market. This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining remote work with periodic in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the U.S. market dynamics. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand our customer base in the U.S. Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Sales Reporting : Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management. Contract Negotiation : Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
