Job Description

As an Account Manager at Growtomation, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by nurturing existing relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will be a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers and managing the handoff between sales and the client services team. You will ensure a seamless kickoff, discovery, and project planning phase by working closely with the client services team. By conducting in-depth need assessments, you will find ways to grow these customers either in terms of revenue or LTV, allowing you to upsell and cross-sell complementary services that lead to success. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for any customer escalations and will establish a feedback mechanism to stay on top of customer priorities. Managing the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to renewal and expansion, will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in sales or customer success. You should have a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an IT services company. Experience in the CRM services or B2B marketing services space would be a bonus. Strong client relationship management skills, exceptional communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve goals. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite, will be advantageous. Any prior experience working with a marketing agency would also be a plus. Soft requirements for this role include a willingness to work in a startup culture, flexibility with work hours, a proactive and motivated attitude, and the ability to take ownership and solve problems. This is a full-time position with a 5-day workweek located in Gurgaon.
