As a Demand Generation Intern at Growtomation, you will be part of a dynamic team of RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants dedicated to helping companies optimize their sales, marketing, and business operations using HubSpot. Our company has experienced significant growth, expanding from 2 team members in January 2021 to a workforce of 85 professionals today. We are committed to revenue-enablement activities for our clients, specializing in streamlining marketing, sales, services, customer success processes, and reporting using HubSpot and Salesforce. Your primary responsibilities will include data research and entry tasks such as finding and verifying email addresses of key contacts in HubSpot partner agencies, researching and compiling information on companies sponsoring relevant industry events, and updating contact information in our CRM system. You will also engage in outbound communication by sending personalized emails to prospects, tracking email communications, and assisting in crafting email templates for outreach campaigns. Additionally, you will be involved in database management projects to maintain data integrity, gathering contact information for decision-makers within sponsoring companies using online tools, and ensuring the accuracy of email addresses and phone numbers. Crafting tailored email templates for different types of sponsors and events will be a key aspect of your role. This is an internship position with a duration of 3 months, requiring a commitment to work 5 days per week at our location in Gurgaon.
