Job Description

As an Account Manager for a respected metrology brand with highly differentiated products, you will be responsible for consulting major account customers with a great portfolio of Creaform. Your focus will be on long-term account management of top tier customers and strategic sales initiatives to drive increased sales. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize sales opportunities across the entire line of Creaform solutions, including manual systems, software platforms, and automated solutions. This role presents an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in CRM management, sales action planning, and overall sales career development within the metrology industry. Your key responsibilities will include representing the company in sales-oriented activities, generating new sales for assigned territories, managing all KPIs on dedicated territories, establishing and nurturing customer relationships for sustainable growth, planning and executing account development initiatives, and leading automated system business engagements with customers. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a diploma degree in engineering from an accredited university or higher, possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, have sales experience in metrologies or top-tier accounts (preferred), be proficient in using Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools, have fluency in verbal and written English, and be willing to travel up to 50% within India or internationally, with the role being based in the North Region.
