Role Overview:

Viraja Ceramics Pvt Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain customer ledgers, and ensure smooth operations related to accounting and client interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer grievances while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record customer information in the database and maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Handle customer grievances professionally to uphold the company's reputation.
• Maintain and monitor customer ledgers, follow up on payments, and track outstanding balances.
• Engage in tele sales activities by building and nurturing customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while providing excellent customer support.
• Keep records of all interactions, including customer feedback, purchase orders, and queries.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve tele sales and negotiation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (verbal & written).
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Experience in tele sales or customer support is an advantage.
