Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to drive enrolments.
Guide students on educational paths aligned with career goals.
Support sales growth and achieve branch targets.
Organize and participate in career-related events.
Handle inquiries and walk-ins with effective counselling.
Meet deadlines while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
Experience in counselling or the education industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office preferred).
