The coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that enhance the personal and professional growth of our employees/students. The coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure that the development programs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

ELIGIBILITY

• Master’s degree in a related field. (Bachelor's is also acceptabe)
• Experience in a corporate or educational environment is preferable.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Shift Timings - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM 
• Workdays - 5 days a week 
• Salary would be decided as per the last drawn salary & current market standards 
• This position may require travel to various training locations. 
• If required, working on the weekends.
