Went for the swift audit for this head office and the experience of meeting board of directors of indian bank and the other banks directors and the way they treat me was very nice

Located on the main road you will not miss this building. Good parking is available. User friendly structure. Well lit.

Both the call centre numbers are unget for over 1 hour !! Same story with a couple of branches I tried for a small issue. High time this bank is privatised. Or sack all staff concerned with penalty !! Sorry to be pungent. I am sure this will be experience of others as well.

All the heads of Indian Bank sitting here. Have to take prior appointment if non staff genral public and pass through Security check or else if staff member wear your identity card.
