My Wife Account was blocked due to some unauthorized transactions and we had cleared the issue and submitted the court order copy to the home branch on jan'24, till now we struggling to unfreeze the account, not able to contact anybody and no proper response.

Do not put your money into a Fixed Deposit (FD) or Recurring Deposit (RD) with Indian Bank, Kotturpuram. Their handling of accounts is terrible, and the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. You'd be better off investing your money and time with another bank. Even they don’t deserve the one star rating!

Very poor customer care service. They hardly give an ear to what the customer is asking. They don’t even have proper customer care number (they have one which is always busy) or branch contact number.

Very big building. Neat and well maintained. ID card compulsory to enter in. Staff are requested to take prior permission to talk to higher officials. Lift facilities available. Washrooms are separate for officials and other staff. Timely operative. Parking facilities available. Security is available through out the day.
