Tight security, without documents or I'd card no entry, i went for my father-in-law insurance claiming enquiry purpose, had a word with office staff & followup done via corporate office with LIC within 15 days we got claimed, thanks to the individual & corporate office & receiptionist

Look wise indeed it is at par with other corporates. Bank is also doing very good business wise. Being a nationalised bank, safe bet for our deposits .

When you say corporate headquarters I'd expect a tall stately building. No doubt this corporate office of Indian is elegant, well designed and nice. But as I said the corporate headquarters building ought to be a statement in itself and a 5 - 6 storeyed building doesn't convey that image.

Extremely unprofessional at their Adyar branch. They are so slow and don't have any consideration for elderly people. They make you wait and ask you to come back the next day. No value for time. They make banking difficult.
