Our focus right now is on designing high-quality visuals like brochures, thumbnails, pitch decks, and marketing creatives that actually get attention.We’re not looking to build a boring agency. Role Description

We're looking for a creative designer who’s not just doing the job — but feeling the work.This isn’t a Canva-only job (though if you use it smartly, no problem). We need someone who knows how to take ideas and turn them into beautiful, scroll-stopping designs.You’ll work on:

• Brochures, thumbnails, and ad creatives
• Instagram posts, reels cover designs, carousel slides
• PDF pitch decks, marketing materials, client presentations
• Branding elements (colors, typography, moodboards, etc.)
• Occasionally helping with website/landing page graphics
  

We don't care about fancy degrees.We care if you can think creatively, take feedback well, and execute ideas with quality.You'll have the freedom to suggest ideas, try new styles, and create work you’re proud of.You'll be working closely with our core team — not as a freelancer, but as part of the team.

Qualifications

Good with design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar (not just Canva)Has done real design work (even if it’s for yourself or side projects)Has a creative eye and knows the difference between average and stunningKnows how to work with references, adapt styles, and still bring originalityAble to stick to timelines and finish work without needing to be chased every dayBonus: Video editing skills, animation, or UI/UX understanding (not required but cool!)
