Provide input and feedback on design concepts and ideas. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and client proposals. Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and resources. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to 3D visualization software and hardware. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team. Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development. Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines and budget constraints. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met. Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed. Requirements : Bachelors degree in 3D Design, Animation, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D visualization software (e.g. 3ds Max, Corona, SketchUp, photoshop). Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes. Experience with animation and video editing software is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. A portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization work.
