3D Visualiser (Architecture and Structural Concepts )

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in 3D modeling and rendering, with proficiency in software such as SketchUp and Lumion (or V-Ray), as well as basic Photoshop skills. A strong understanding of form, lighting, and architectural detailing is essential, along with the ability to translate sketches and drawings into photorealistic visuals. You should be enthusiastic about working on concept design and presentation materials, demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and technical clarity. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ernakulam, Kerala. Therefore, you must be able to reliably commute to the location or plan to relocate before starting work. A preferred educational background includes a Diploma, while proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi languages is also preferred.
