3D Designer - Events

As a 3D Designer at Percept ICE, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating 3D visualizations, renders, and mock-ups for event setups, exhibition booths, stage designs, and branding elements. You will design 3D walk-throughs according to concepts and briefs, as well as create detailed referencing presentations before initiating the design process. It is essential to generate new creative ideas aligned with current technology and materials trends while documenting the concept for each design. Your role will involve developing detailed floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings based on event requirements, collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm event themes and designs, and ensuring thorough knowledge of materials for feasibility assessments. You will coordinate with other designers within the creative unit to maintain cohesive designs across various platforms and work closely with the Art Direction team for set production. Additionally, you will modify and refine designs based on client feedback, stay updated on industry trends and design technologies, and liaise with vendors and suppliers for custom fabrication and installations. Depending on project requirements, you may conduct on-ground assessments and supervise setup as agreed upon. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate exceptional creativity, exhibit good interpersonal skills, and handle multiple projects efficiently under tight schedules.
