Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, and artwork for various digital and print mediums, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, banners, advertisements, presentations, and email campaigns. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity and guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual language across all platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate concepts into innovative visual designs that resonate with target audiences. Creative Problem-Solving: Use design principles to solve communication challenges effectively, ensuring designs meet project goals and client expectations. Iteration & Feedback: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, iterating on designs as necessary to improve outcomes. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas to the table. Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and project types. Proficiency: Strong knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and problem-solving through design. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all design elements are accurate and polished. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly. Collaboration: Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new design trends, software updates, and evolving project requirements. Preferred Skills: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing (using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). Familiarity with web design and user interface (UI) principles. Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) or experience working with web developers. Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print production. Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
