*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a talented and experienced Interior Design Associate to assist our Senior Interior Designer on various projects. you will provide design expertise, creativity and technical skills to deliver exceptional results.

*Key Responsible*

Design and Project Management

1. Collaborate with Senior Interior Designer to develop design concepts and presentations.

2. Conduct site analyses, measure spaces and document existing conditions.

3. Research and recommend materials, finishes and furniture.

4. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines and budgets.

5. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors.

*Design Development*

1. Create 2D designs using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

2. Prepare and present design presentations to clients.

3. Develop and refine space plans, floor plans and elevations.

4. Select and specify materials, finishes and furniture.

*Communication and Management*

1. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and team members.

2. Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.

3. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.

*Administrative*

1. Maintain project records, files and documentation.

2. Assist with invoicing, expense tracking and bookkeeping.

3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

*Requirements:*Essential Skills*

1. 3+ years of experience in interior design or architecture.

2. Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

3. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite).

4. Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

*Desired Skills*

1. Experience with sustainable design principles.

2. Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards and safety regulations.

3. Familiarity with construction methods and materials.

4. Business development and marketing skills.
